What to expect from coaching sessions with me
Each session is shaped by you and your unique needs.
In our discovery call, we can discuss your big-picture goals and how we can best align you with that energy and practically get you there.
In each session, you’re invited to bring a topic of discussion, sometimes it’s specific but other times it’s harder to name. I will help you make the most of our time together with thought-provoking questions, active listening and practices that help you feel more present and grounded in your body.
Clients have often described my sessions as a “cosy space” to explore emotions, limiting beliefs and make practical and embodied change.

Coaching is a fully confidential and safe space for you to explore your goals, doubts, aspirations and values.
Coaching is a forward-focused intervention which is non-directive and where the focus is on the present and the future, not the past. It is not a replacement for therapy or counselling.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines Coaching as ‘partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential’

I mainly work with women and specifically digital creatives. This includes content creators, marketers, and entrepreneurs in creative industries. However, if you don’t feel like you fit this description, please still get in touch with me and we can see if we’re the right fit for each other. If not, I would be more than happy to recommend another coach for you.

You can bring almost anything that affects your growth, performance, or fulfilment into coaching. As long as we keep the conversation forward-focused, most topics are welcome. Even when clients come to me specifically for career coaching, life is holistic, and other areas often show up and matter. My coaching primarily focuses on career development, business, marketing, wellness, and habits, but our conversations may go beyond those areas when it’s helpful and relevant to you.

Discovery calls are 30 minutes long and you can book them on my Calendly. They are a chance to get to know each other, see if coaching is right for you and an opportunity to explore your goals as well as answer any questions you might have.
The calls are free of charge and do not obligate you to commit to coaching with me.

I commit to sending you coaching notes/actions in our working Google Doc within 24 hours of your session. In between sessions, I might check-in with you for accountability depending on what we’ve discussed and agreed on. I usually provide you with resources and exercises especially towards the beginning of your coaching journey but each client’s experience is unique and tailored to their needs. If you get in touch with me in between sessions, I always reply within 24 hours.

Sessions are usually held on Google Meet but can be in-person if you are based near Edinburgh.

I am an ICF certified coach. I completed my Associate Coach training with Optimus Coach Academy and am currently working towards the ICF Associate Accreditation.

I ask for at least 24 hours of notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or missed appointments) will be charged in full.
I completely understand that emergencies sometimes happen so if there is an unforeseen circumstance, please let me know.
